Stupid Quick Question: Stereo (X/Y) Mic Mount?

Hey, I've seen this on here before, and I did some searching but...since I don't know what this mount is called I really didn't know what to search for.

Anyway, it's stand adapter that allows you to attach to microphones to one stand; ie. for doing X/Y Micing...

Anyone know where to track one down?
