is shure c606 a reasonable microphone ?

I found one in the back of the closet. it's a few (ok, more than a few) years old.

was looking a mic because I need to record vocals with an OK quality for a few songs using Cubase.
I don't have a pro home studio. I just need to know if it's a reasonable microphone to start with.

Yeah it should prove passable. I think new they were about $30. Does have that dang on/off switch though.

It depends on anyones definition of "reasonable".
Will it sound good for recording?
Maybe, maybe not.
Lots of factors to consider that we don't know.
Are there better mics for not a ton of money?
Without a doubt.
