Every time I plug in my Blue Yeti to my Mac, I have to open the Audio MIDI Setup application and tick the 'Thru' option, otherwise I can't hear myself when I'm recording.
If I unplug the mic and plug it back in again, I lose this setting.
Related: This also happens when I use this mic to record with my iPad Mini, although there is no way for me to correct it (no 'Thru' option to tick anywhere). Additionally, the iPad Mini seems to apply way too much gain.
Anyone know how I can get this 'Thru' setting to stick. I'm sure it used to!
