Denecke PS-1A portable phantom power

does anyone know an alternative to this as its the only battery operated phantom power supply i can find so far...bit pricey though so i was wondering does anyone no something cheaper?

There is the ART Phantom II . . . although most people doing portable recording are using the Denecke, I am not sure how much experience they have with the ART . . . also, note you can get the PS-2 as well.

too pricey mate...i just got a zoom 4 track so all i need is the phantom power supply then ive got something portable
