    I'm loocking for some condenser mics for recording the room on drums.
    something in the price of $200 to $300.
    any sugestions?

    how about the m-audio luna, or AKG Perception 100, rode nt1-a, or some mxl?
    got any opinions on those?

    I have the CAD177. Similar to the 179 I suppose.

    177 works a treat for me.
