ADK Hamburg On Acoustic Guitar?

I was thinking along the lines of the ADK Hamburg on acoustic guitar fingerpicking style and thought i could also use it on vocals. Anyone tried this mic on acoustic, is it bright enough on a quite bright small bodied instrument. We can't audition these mics in the u.k its a case of buy it and see. Thanks once again.

sure, I've got one and I use it for that, but mostly I got it for vocals.

It'll give you a more 'vintage' sort of guitar sound; think 'Let it Bleed' type of acoustics. Not so bright, more body.

the MXl 603s can be had cheap, and they're great for acoustic as well as drum overheads. Between the two, I feel I've got my acoustics well covered.
