V-amp or Guitar Port

I only ahve about 150 to spend. I was looking at either the Line 6 Guitar Port, or the V-amp 2. I heard the Line 6 is better for distortion (my main use)
Would the Guitar Port sound better than a V-amp?
 
i have a pod and a v amp. they are very similar. i think for dirty sounds the v amp has a slight edge. the pod is 2.0 is better built. i dont think the guitar port is no where near as versatile as either. i would look for a used guitar pod should be around 150$ or a new v amp 2.
 
i own a podxt and im very happy with it!
some say that the pod 2 is better for heavier sounds but i can get some great heavy sounds of the xt too.

i wouldnt really consider the v-amp since ive seen too many of them broke.
u better save up for the pod since its quality is far beyond the vamps.

ive heard that the v-amp pro is better built havent testet it though!
