Raven guitars and basses....

Anybody had any experiences with a company called Raven? They make guitars and besses, and are fairly cheap for what they say that they offer. Just wondered if anyone can tell me anything about them.

They look nice and I have had my eye on a 1000Q for some time. The reviews over at Harmony Central are glowing but aren't they all?

I have talked to a couple of people on the net that have Ravens and they seem to like them. One swears by his as opposed to an Ibanez whom they obviously are copying. Both play Metal/Rock so I have no idea how these would perform on other genres of music.I can tell you that the people at Ravenwestguitar.com do answer emails in quick fashion. Nobody seems to know(or will admit to) who actually makes these Axes though.
