Rack Mount Tuner

I'm putting together a rack guitar setup and I'd really like to have a rack mount tuner. One with a huge display so I can see it across stage.

I've looked into them and of the ones I've seen they are VERY expensive...the cheapest one is $169.

Whats up with that? A good tuner (like the boss tu-12) is like $60. Does it cost another $100 to put it in a 19 inch metal box with some LEDs? Anyone know of any rackmount tuners under 100 bucks?
 
My guess would be that since it is always In-line with your signal, the internal components must be of a higher quality to preserve your sound and not introduce any noise.. I never bought one because of the price...
