Hello all! Being the frugal guitarist that I am, I have been looking to pick up a cheaper axe for practice while I am traveling (which is quite often). I've looked at a few xaviere and agile lp/fender copies but have decided that I want something different for a change. I've found a couple of used olp axis copies that look very cool. The olp brand has been retired recently. I plan on swapping the pickups for some guitar fetish fat pats. I ran a search but couldn't find too much about the build quality of these guitars. Anybody own one? Is it heavy? I play anything I feel like which bounces from modern blues/indie/hard rock. Here's the one I have my eye on. I don't expect it to sound just like a real axis, but I don't want a pos either. Thanks y'all
