Lower the Action on a Fender Precision Bass

You might want to swing by your local music store. A quick setup might be in order. This can be done for not mich money. It might just need a truss rod adjustment, or you may need to lower the saddles or both. It is tricky getting the right amount of bow in the neck if you are not trained to see what you are looking at. At any rate, you might go to a shop to at least ask advice.
