Which Gibson Les Paul to get tomorrow?

I have both a LP Custom and a Lucille, which is basically a 335 style guitar (They actually used to call it a 347, but the size, shape and weight are about the same).

They both had great sound, however I much preferred the 335 style. For long gigs, the ligher weight is much easier on the back/sholders. Access to higher frets is also much better on 335. than LP.

Thanks folks!

Is $700 for a Gibson Studio a good price?

Thanks.

I liked the Vintage Mahogany better than the Studio. However I like my ESP EC-400AT way better than either. I noticed the last time I went to GC they didn't have one ESP in the store. Probably because they would never sell another Gibson.

My advice, save yourself $500 and get an ESP. It is every bit a Les Paul and then some:

I don't have anything against Gibson, I just feel there are better deals for the $$$....
