I used to use Acid with my Tascam US-122 inbox (yeah, I'm a bit behind the times here). But my point is that the Tascam had a USB driver and audio stereo outs so that if it was hooked up to my computer via USB, it could be chosen on the PC as an audio out option and would play to my monitors through the audio outs on the back of the US-122.
The HD16 shows up as hardware, but I can't bounce .wav files to Acid and get the computer to play through the stereo cables leading from the US16 to the monitors. The old US-122 had a driver file on the cd that came with it, the HD16 came with no such driver. Is this a driver issue? Has anyone heard of a way to circumnavigate this?
