I have a small mixer called "Spirit Notepad" and it is not working very goodly.

There is humming and rhythmic crackling coming from the "tape monitor" even when volume is fully down and when no sources are plugged in.

Did I bust this little mixer up?

    Can I fix?

    Is soundcraft customer service good?

    Thanks.

It may be broken. If you have knowledge, skills and tools you can fix it if it is broken. Instead of asking about their customer service - try it out and then you can answer this question for us. If customer service was great for John Q Smith, how does that impact you?

Hmmm, yes, well put. I did send them an e-mail when I discovered the problem a couple days ago, but turned to this forum out of hope and impatience. Just in case, you know, someone else had similar problem with similar product. My question about soundcraft's customer service was, I guess, to determine if waiting for a reply before seeking out other options was necessary. Thanks for the tip though, I guess I should learn to formulate my own opinions. Wow, mind altering.
