What's a cheap mixer that is only 2-4 channels with an 1/4" and an XLR input?

I need a mixer that is really two channels or I wouldn't mind 4 channels. I'm thinking something like either a DJ mixer or a Radio Shack mixer. All I need is a guitar and mic input. Preamps and stuff I don't really care about. I just need to be able to talk into a mic and play my guitar and stream it online. I can't find a cheap mixer, though. I don't really want to go over $50, but I will go up to $75 or so.

Before anyone says search, I did. I found nothing about a small mixer, everything was either 8-12-16 channels, too big for me.

Actually a 2 channel preamp is the only thing you need. Without preamps the mic and guitar will not be loud enough to record. Check out the DMP3 or the Audio Buddy.
