Anybody out there experienced in using Propellorhead's Reason software. I'm Just beginning - don't have a keyboard yet, but my first question is, can I use a Roland Guitar Synth in liu of a keyboard. Also wondering if I should spend a bit more money and get a tutorial. Feeling a litttle lost right now. Many more questions but these two will do for now.

You should be able to use the guitar synth since it sends midi signals right?
Just set it as your midi controller in Reason.

Also, tutorials for Reason are a pretty good idea. Maybe pick up a book or something? They'll just help speed up the learning process. There's a lot of stuff in Reason all crammed together so any help is good.
