Multiple Sound Room Head Phones

I need help with my sound room set-up. I often have the need for more then one pair of head phones in the both at one time. I would like to be able to have a fixed set-up. Where I could leave all three head phones in the both and be able to turn them on and off individually. If possible i would like to be able to control the volumes if that is possible. Any help is greatly appreciated
