behringer x1222usb RCA output - no sound?

Hello peeps,
I have changed amplifiers and the new one needs RCA, not XLR, so I am trying to use the RCA output from the Behringer x1222USB but I cannot get any sound out of them.
The manual (which this forum will not allow me to post a link to) does not explain how it is done, or perhaps it should be working without any settings/button combinations etc.


Audio from headphones, or the xlr Main Outs work fine, just not the RCA outputs. Any solutions out there?

Hi spantini, thanks, but that is the first thing I tried. With volume full and my amplifier turned full, I can faintly hear the music. It doesn't work!
 
Good, checking the obvious first. Maybe check the Voice Canceller and Standby aren't engaged.

That's all I can think of.

Are you the original owner? Have these RCAs worked previously? Just curious.
 
Hi, I've previously used XLR out, so this is my first time with RCA. It's definitely faulty but I've ordered some XLR to RCA cables which should work fine. Thanks for the input,
