I'm using electronic drums as a midi controller to drive Reason 2.5's NN-XT sampler, but find that it doesn't work so hot with snare rolls. Basically, the sampler isn't triggered on each hit when the drum is played rapidly. It "misses" some. This doesn't happen running the drum module direct to an amp, so I imagine its a problem of configuring some parameters on reason or its sampler, or perhaps using different software. I've already tried messing with the envelope knobs (attack/hold/decay/sustain/etc.) to no evale, though admittedly I'm a novice with Reason. Has anyone else out there had/resolved this problem?
