    Hi,
Can any1 pls help me find some good bass drum, snare, tom sounds on the DM5? I'm totally lost. I'm not getting the punch in the bass drum and thrust in the snare at all please tell me some good tones ? Also tips would really be appreciated.

Okay let me ask you a few questions: How are you using the DM5?
Are you running it in stereo?

Or are you running a dedicated "Snare out" and dedicated Kick output and a Stereo Mix of the rest of the kit?

As in, The Kick Drum and Snare each are on their own Channel of your mixer?

    Hi Tim,
    Here are the answers.
Are you running it in stereo? No

Or are you running a dedicated "Snare out" and dedicated Kick output and a Stereo Mix of the rest of the kit?
No, only 1 out of the entire drum kit.

As in, The Kick Drum and Snare each are on their own Channel of your mixer?
    No

What would you advice me to do under these conditions ? BEcause of the limitations here, this is what I have to make do at the moment.
