Tascam 788 EEPROM: Anybody got a source? (July 2017)

The title basically says it all.

I have a line on a Tascam 788.
It is version 1.02.

I have a 788 now.
I upgraded it to 2.02 many years ago.
That means that I have the disks and CD drive and instructions.
Unless I missed something, to upgrade this second one all I need is the EEPROM.
