Tascam 34B flywheel rubbing

Hello, Tascam lovers, I need your help.

I bought a Tascam 34b, the back foot are missing, so it stays vertical but with some tilt. It's gives it a cool look, but when I tried to correct it and put it 100% vertical, i discovered that the reason why the feet are missing!
In vertical position the flywheel rubs at the base. I also discovered there's an enormous gap/play in the capstan.
Looking at manual, apparently there's no part missing, but I read somewhere there's a rubber washer between the base, just Above the metal washer represented, but it's not drawn in manual (see picture).

So what will be the dimensions of this washer and I overcome this problem?
Also how is the order assemble? Flywheel, metal washer, rubber, shaft or
Flywheel, rubber, metal washer, shaft??

Thanks

That washer is metal with rubber bonded to it to control end play. There never was a P/N for it.The rubber has probably degraded...

i used a rubber from a valv, but does someone knows the exact height?
In the manual the dimensions are referring to the metal piece, I think.
Is it 6x13x0,15?
That's the height of washer without rubber...

I fixed but there's no play in capstan. The flywheel turns without resistance, but I was unable to leave a gap, mentioned in other forums.

I had the same problem with my Tascam 34, I inserted a 6mm x 5mm-6mm thick Teflon washer between the metal washer and capstan bearing, and it stopped the rubbing.
