Tascam 2488neo: Can I mass transfer all the files off of the hard drive?

Hello! Can I transfer all the files on the hard drive (many different songs with multiple tracks each) all at once on to another hard drive?

Alternately, if I remove the hard drive can I access all the files as .wav files once I open from my computer?
