My Tascam 246 will not Play, REW or FW. The Capstan does turn when a tape is installed but only the feed reel turns when the Play button is pushed. It will not rewind or FW. Anyone with an idea what the problem could be. The belts look OK I changed then about a year ago. .The machine has been sitting idle since then.
