I have a tascam 388 that I frequently attempt to record my drum machine with bass and guitar line up band with. Im able to get great sounds for all things mic'd but drum machine and sampler sounds coming out of my mixer to the 388s line in or mic inputs always sound quiet and distorted.
I always just end up plugging everything into my 424 after many attempts and have no issues....
Any ideas?
