Is there a way to set "event display window step L/R" as a Key Command?

I'm trying to find the key command name for this, but it's very elusive.

I'm trying to map the command to my computer keyboard that will make the Event Display Window take a step to the right, and the other command that will make it take a step to the left. I want the zoom level of the window to stay the same, and I want the Project Cursor to not change location.

Any ideas? =)
