Nuendo/cubase SX3/cubase SL

What´s the main difference between these 3, apart from Nuendo costing $700 more?

Nuendo is the Flagship and does video (a lot more than SX) and has surround capabilities. If you do nothing but audio and midi, Cubase SX is the way to go. I don't know about SL, I'm assuming it is a slightly less featured SX.

jason got it right Nuendo is what you need if you want to do some serious synching, video editing and more than 5.1 (I think Cubase does do 5.1, and I know Nuendo goes at least to 10.2). SL is a slightly stripped down version of SX. Still very powerful though and in my opinion unmatched in it's price range.
