I have Cubase 4
When I bring up an effect (like echo or reverb), there are no preset effects (the list is empty).
Yet, if I go to Windows, they are all there in the vst presets folder.
I have even typed in %appdata% to bring up windows roaming, and they are all there as well.
I've had Cubase 4 for 6 years and this is the first time this has happened.
Is it because I have windows 10.
