Monitoring problem with Cubase and MOTU

I'd like to be able to monitor both what I'm recording and what has already been recorded simultaneously. My setup is that I'm running a MOTU 24i hardware system into the computer where it then uses Cubase VST. I run my input into the MOTU but can't hear that output. I can hear my previously recorded tracks just fine though. How can I get to where I can record and play other tracks simultaneously?

You should be able to use MOTU's CueMix DSP for monitoring playback and what you are recording.

Thanks Crankz. After messing with it for a little bit I finally was able to monitor both playback and incoming signal together just fine using Cuemix. Sucks that I can't add effects in realtime but it looks like that's just a tradeoff for being able to monitor in that way.
