having trouble with lexicon omega asio driver

I have a lexicon omega that a really hate ...beyond words. Everytime I [MP3][/MP3]get ready to record it turns into a the session from hell. I spend an hour or 2 or 3. Trying to the asio driver right in the device setup.
Under asio driver in the device setup in cubase i ase the omega asio...but when i click it I get a cubase LE error (! inside a yellow triangle) it says: /WINDOWS/system32/cmd.exe

Well the slashes are back slashes instead of forward but my phone doesn't have back slash.
Please help If you can. There is nothing more frustrating than going the this mind of crap EVERY TIME you het ready to record something.
 
I figured out what the problem was. The omega was disabled in windows....I went to control panel and enabled it.
 
Well my computer went into hibernation and now I cant get the driver to work again.
I give up.
