Cubase records MIDI input doubled

When I record MIDI in Cubase, everything is doubled. If I play a note once, it will be recorded as 2 MIDI events. The two events are spaced apart consistantly (11 ticks) and all other data (duration, velocity) are identical.

I'm running Cubase SX 1.01 on WinXP Pro. I'm using a Roland PC-300 keyboard connected via USB.

I do not have this problem with Sonar and Logic.

Help!
 
I thought I read that the most common cause of that is not turning off the global control on your synth. Or did it have to do with MIDI through? Can't remember :p

Also, you may want to update to 1.03
It's free and the updates made lots of MIDI fixes.
