Cubase FW-1884 and Cubase LE issues

So I have my DAW stuff all set up and it's interfacing properly. When I add tracks in Cubase they all control the sliders they corresponde with on the Tascam, but when I try to assign the tracks to different inputs (1-8) on the mixer, it only gives me the option of selecting between 1 and 2. Anyone know how to solve this problem?

When yopu open a project in cubase only ins 1 & 2 are activated by default. You have to go into the devices menu and activate the other inputs there.
