Change Tempo?

Hi does anyone know how to change the tempo in small increments either faster or slower, like in the decemil part. Thanks

Control T, pencil in the tempo change. Type in what you want.

Tempo can't be in fixed mode though, you have to have it in track. You change that with the button next to the tempo number in the transport panel.
