Buying cubase on Ebay

Hi guys

is it ok to buy a used Cubase 6 package on ebay even if they supply it with all the cd's,manuals and Dongle etc?

Just checking what the deal is as i would like to buy from someone but am not sure if it is ok or not!!

If they are giving a dongle with the licence on it then it's legit.

If there is no licence (either the dongle or the licence center card to get one) then shit ain't legit.

But I wouldn't worry to much as far as I have heard C6 has not been cracked.
