Triton and pro-tools issue PLEASE HELP!!!!

So I synced(midi) up my triton to my pro-tools. i'm recording my sounds one by one and stopping it every 4 bars. But at the end of each 4 bars you hear a "clip". So when I try to loop it theres always a clipping sound. Whats the issue? And how can I fix this?

You'll often hear clips if a region ends but has no fade. You hear it because there is audio above or below zero which is just cut off.

Look under the edit menu for fade options. You can fade the end of a region or crossfade it into the next.
