ProTools 10, Downloaded Virtual Instruments, but they dont come up as inserts?!

I downloaded the separate install of both Air Creative Collection and Avid Virtual. I can see them on the folder on my computer, but when I have a Ptools session open, and create an insert, none of the vinstruments come up?! All I can see under instrument is "click" or TL Metro. The piano grand, and the others are not available as inserts.

What am I doing wrong?

If I recall correctly there's are different installer for PT 10 and PT 11.
Is there any chance you've installed the PT11 AAX versions? PT10 doesn't support those.

I installed the PT 10 first. And they seemed to download and unzip fine, but they didnt work.
Then, I downloaded the PT 11, just to make sure, and same thing. I can see the folder. I can see the instruments. But when I click on INSERT, they arent there!?
 
It's boom, xpand, mini grand and structure, right?

Go to applications/avid/ProTools/plugins/DPM plugins and see if they are in there.
The resources will be elsewhere, but the DPMs should be in that folder.
