Pro Tools won't load

I have Pro Tools 7.0 for PC with an Mbox 2. Whenever I start up Pro Tools and it's loading the plug-ins, it always stops at Xpand!.dpm and basically freezes. I can still move my cursor around but nothing happens. Is there a problem with the Xpand plug-in or Pro Tools itself? If it's a problem with the plug-in where do I go to uninstall it? Thanks for any help.
 
Navigate to the plugins folder and just cut the Xpand plugin and paste it elsewhere to see if that helps.

If it sorts it out, reinstall Xpand! Definitely trash your prefs and databases too.

If that all fails reinstall Pro Tools.
