I have the pro tools vocal studio pro tools m powered essential.
Its the usb mic with a cut down version of pro tools.

I've done my recording and it lets me save it (as a project) so I can reopen it.
But how do I make it into a music track such as mp3 (it doesn't have to be mp3) but something where I can listen to what I've created?
 
Hi there,

Make you timeline selection; That's the selection that you want to bounce to mp3/wav.

Now at the top left, click File > Bounce to > Disk.

Make sure that the output path is set to whatever your main output is, select the file type and quality settings, and hit go. :)
