importing SE project to 9 or 10

I'm new to pro tools and needing to know if can this be done?

I'm wanting to do my basic tracks on SE @ home then take them to the big studio which runs either PT 9 & 10 for final tracks & mix/master.

the current DAW I use can do this w/ all later release versions.

well I'm not even going to use SE but record all tracks as .wav, full tracks from start to finish-blank spots & all & bounce or export(whatever the term is in pro tools) so the tracks sync up.

I'm glad I asked.
Bouncing is real time, as you know.

Consolidating is immediate.

Two things to know; Consolidating a stereo track will give a separate left and right.
Consolidating ignores ALL editing and effects.

If your job is to get a good recording, perhaps through several takes and edits, the consolidating is the chap for you. :)
