I summoned these black lines in my MIDI session and I don't know how to get rid...

The vertical lines? I don't know what they are but the seem to coincide with the bar lines on the grid.

They are making the notes lower than they are supposed to be.
You can see the MIDI commands later on that should generate a lower frequency than the one's that are outlined but they don't. Later on however, when the same notes that are in the black bars reoccur, they are the correct pitch.

go into edit view and flick through the various view options. You know where you'd have volume/pan/waveform?
Check what's there on the midi track. I guess you've got midi automation of some kind but, honestly, I can't say for sure.
