Cannot Bounce to mp3

I ran into a problem just now, if anyone can solve it.

I wanted to bounce my song out to post in the mp3 clinic and when I choose mp3 for a file format in Pro Tools M-Powered 8.0.5 and hit "Bounce", a message appears saying,

"The MP3 option cannot be enabled because: Module intialization failed for MP3.dll. The MP3 demo period may have expired."

The computer I am using is a Toshiba Satellite L505D laptop running Windows 7 Home Premium. I don't listen to MP3's on it. Anybody have any ideas?

Did you purchase the mp3 option? (I know, I know!)

If not it won't work.
Bounce as wav and convert with itunes or similar.

Is it the same way with pro tools 10? An upgrade to bounce to mp3?

MP3 option is built into ProTools 9, so I guess 10 would have it too.

When I used PT8 i just bounced wav and converted to mp3 with itunes.
