I have bought VM200/VR800
1) Do you have one - what are its strengths and weaknesses?
2) What is the best way to back up the hard disk data? - is there any way to write to a data CD?
3) Are there any other good websites / forums on this product?
I have had the Vm200 & Vr800 combo for some time now. I have to say that they are really great. However, I will say that the effects on the VM200 are good but not great. Thanks to the inserts this is easily overcome. I will add that I have a good studio mic and compressor too, which always helps. However, no mixer comes close with all the features packed so nicely. In fact there is nothing available even today that comes close - in terms of price and abilites. But I do like the MOTU 2408mkII which is a PC based system
What I would like to know is, have you setup the Vm200 or Vr800 to SMPTE/MTC sync with a midi sequencer?
