Result code = -43. What does this mean??

I've been sent some vocals for one of my tracks. I try to drop the wav file into the arrange window on a fresh track, and I get "Result code = -43" and it won't import the wav.

What does this mean and what can I do?

EDIT: Cancel the thread, I figured it out - The file name was simply too long lol

i get this error when i open an instrument to use with my midi devise, then try to switch to another instrument. sometimes i can but other times i get this error

i need to make a new track everytime
