Logic Mixer

Hello all!! I was wondering if anyone knew the best direction for a digital mixer that interacts with logic (automation, faders, eq etc....) Possibly something in a price range of 500-1000 macaroons. I want that feel of a mixer as i am tired of using the on screen faders and such.

I have the original emagic logic controller and i'm using that with a mac running logic express 7..that board can't be worth 500 now..

euphonix makes a great one.
Mackie makes an awesome controller.
If you are looking on a budget, behringer makes the BCF2000. it's roughly $200. and for your prices range you can get 3 or 4 and daisy-chain them together.

Presonus offers a single channel usb controller that is called faderport it retails for $129.99 I own it use it & love it.

Well I just sold the logic controller today for 150, I paid a lot of money for that thing back in 2005. Last week I traded my Mpc 2000xl for a tascam fw1082 control surface so that made the logic controller useless.
