Adobe have just posted in their user forums that Creative Suite 6 (including the new version of Audition) will be formally announced at NAB next week. They've also posted this list of highlights and features:

I assume that they'll be giving the supply details at the NAB announcement next week. I'll certainly be trying this out as soon as I possibly can!
