Audition CD Track info problem.

I used the track cues in edit view then inserted (session?)into CD view and burnt a CD.But it did not contain any individual tracks,just one continuous track.Any ideas about what ive not done? 
This applies to Audition 1.5 - there are significant changes in Audition 2.0 -
1. The CD Project View allows you to assemble a track list of audio material and burn an audio CD from within Audition. However, since this is intended as a "one-off" CD burning solution, the CD project tracks must be written to CD before exiting the Audition application. The CD Project is not saved and is therefore not accessible after exiting. You can work around this by assembling your CDs in the Multitrack View, complete with cue ranges, and then saving your session. (See item 4 below)
2. Audition 1.5 offers several methods for defining "tracks" and adding them to the CD Project Track List. When working in Edit View, highlight any portion of the current audio file (greater than 4 seconds in length) and perform one of the following:
* From the Edit menu, select Insert in CD Project. This automatically defines the selection as a CD "track" and inserts it into the CD Project Track List in one step.
* Use the Shift + F8 keyboard shortcut to define the selection as a CD Track Cue Range. This adds the selection to the Cue List, allowing it to be recalled at any time and can then manually be inserted into a CD Project Track List.
CD Tracks must be defined by using Track Cue RANGES rather than individual Cue points or any other Cue types. If you have a continuous program with only Track Cue Points marking the transition from one track to the next, you can convert these to Track Cue Ranges by performing the following steps:
1) Make sure there is a Track Cue Point at the start and end of the file.
2) Open the Cue List in Edit View, highlight all the Cue points, and select the "Merge" button. This will convert the individual Cue Points to Ranges.
Note: It is not then necessary to use the "Batch" button in the Cue List dialog. The CD Project View can accept Track Cue Ranges and does not require you to turn the Ranges into individual files to define them as CD Tracks.
To add files or defined CD Track Cue Ranges to the CD View, do one of the following:
* From the Organizer window Files pane, select any currently open file(s) or defined CD Track Cue Range(s) and click on the Insert into CD Project button at the top of the Organizer.
* If you are already in the CD Project View, drag any file(s) or CD Track Cue Range from the Organizer directly into the CD Track List.
Note: The Audio CD format requires a CD "track" to be 4 seconds or greater in length, therefore, attempting to add audio of less than this length to the CD Track List is not allowed.
3. The CD Project’s Track List entries are automatically updated whenever you perform an action on the source audio file within Audition’s Edit View. For example, if you perform an edit on the source file, or change the start or end of a Track Cue Range in the Edit View, the start or end of the CD Track in CD Project Track List will be updated to reflect the change. If you reduce the length of a cue range to less than the minimum CD track length of 4 seconds, the CD Track will be removed from the CD project.
4. You can create a Multitrack Session mixdown and automatically insert it directly into a CD Project in one step. The mixdown audio will automatically be split into CD Tracks if you prepare the session with Track Cue Ranges. By using this method, you can also save the CD Project in the form of the session file. ["Edit > Mixdown to CD project" in Multitrack view].
5. In order to change the "Pause" (the gap of silence preceding each track on the final CD):
1) Double click on the track within the CD Project View Track List to launch the Track Properties dialog.
2) Click on "Use Custom Track Properties", make sure "Pause" is ticked, then change the value to the desired Pause length. Click OK to apply these settings.
Note: You cannot change the Pause value in front of Track 1 since the Red Book Audio CD standard dictates there must be a two second pause preceding Track 1.
6. In order to change the Pause value in front of all the CD tracks at once to the same amount:
1) Double click on Track 2 to launch the Track Properties dialog.
2) Click on "Use Custom Track Properties", make sure "Pause" is checked, change the Pause value as desired.
3) Check the box for "Same for all tracks". Click OK to apply the settings.
7. To change the default Pause value (and other settings in the Track Properties dialog):
1) Double click on Track 2 to launch the Track Properties dialog.
2) Click on "Use Custom Track Properties" and make the desired settings changes.
3) Click the "Set as default" button. Click OK to apply the settings.
These settings will then be automatically used as the default settings for all future CD Projects.
8. To create an audio CD with no silent "Pause" gap between tracks (except for the essential gap at the start of Track 1):
1) Double click on Track 2 to launch the Track Properties dialog.
2) Click on "Use Custom Track Properties" and make sure that "Pause" is not checked.
3) If you want this to be the CD Project default in the future, press the "Set as default" button.
4) Press OK to apply the settings.
9. To set the length of the CD media you will use, go to the CD Project View > "View" menu, and select the applicable option for either a 74 or 80 minute CD. This allows Audition to properly calculate the available CD disc space while you are building your CD Project.
10. Audition’s CD Project View allows you to insert any supported audio file type. To actually burn to CD audio material that does not comply with the Red Book format (44.1kHz sample rate/16 bit/ stereo), Audition will automatically convert all audio for you when you select the final Write CD option. This conversion process is non-destructive to your actual source audio files.
11. After burning a CD Project to CD, if you would like to burn an additional CD from the same CD Project, do not exit from the "Write" dialog after the first copy is burned. Insert a new, blank CD and press the "Write" button again for the next copy. This avoids the need for the internal temp files to be recreated.
12. Only one CD Project at a time can be open. To create a new CD Project, select the Remove All button within the CD Project view to clear the Track List. Exiting from the Audition application will also clear all tracks from the CD Track List.
13. Audition can write a CD Project to blank CD-R or CD-RW type media. A CD-RW disc must first be erased if it already has data written to it. Erasing a CD-RW must be performed in another CD application since this option is not offered in Audition.
14. Buffer underrun prevention is turned on by default for all CD devices. This option allows the CD burning process to be "paused" if the process is interrupted on your computer, which might otherwise abort the CD burning process and result in a failed CD. However, it is important to note that the process can result in the laser turning off and back on again during a burn (if the buffer underrun prevention is triggered), which might produce a non-Red Book compliant audio CD. A strict Red Book compliant audio CD may be required if you plan on delivering the CD to a CD mastering or duplication house. For general audio CD playback on most CD players, this should not cause any playback issues.
To turn off the Buffer underrun prevention option, go to the CD Project View. Select the Options > CD Device Properties menu. Uncheck the box for Buffer underrun prevention before writing your CD. The CD Device Options dialog can also be accessed from within the Write CD dialog for each project.
