There are many commercial DAWs available that should fit your needs, although the part about "have all the instruments virtually" might cost you a pretty penny. Many commercial DAWs tend to be quite pricey (hundreds of dollars), but they're usually available in three or so different editions that vary as to how many virtual instruments and effects are included, so if you get the edition that comes with everything you're going to end up paying more. Most DAW makers will have a comparison chart on their web site that shows what you get and don't get for each edition, so check those out to help you decide which edition to buy.

Another option that some people prefer is to buy a less expensive DAW which doesn't come with a huge arsenal of virtual instruments and effects, and buy those things separately. This works very well if there are some specific virtual instruments, soft synths, or sample libraries that you want, but they happen to be kind of pricey themselves, since you can save a lot of money by buying the cheaper DAW and then put the money you saved toward the purchase of those virtual instruments or sound libraries.

Note that choosing a DAW can be a very personal thing, like choosing a car. It's easy to buy a DAW, but you don't want to end up with one that leaves you feeling very frustrated because you have trouble learning how to do the simplest things in it, or dissatisfied because it lacks some specific features that are extremely important to you. And if you ask other people which DAW you should buy, they're usually going to tell you the DAW that they're happy with, which might not be the DAW that you'd be happiest with. Just about every commercial DAW can be downloaded and tried out for free, so the best thing for you to do is make a list of DAWs that fall within your price range, download their free trial version, and give each of them a test drive to see what you think.
