? Recording the RBC DXi Voice Tweaker plug in

In Sonar, you select the DXi Voice Tweaker as a soft synth.... not as a plug in (the voice tweaker pro is selected as a plug in). You apply the "instrument" to a pre recorded file. Fine, I apply it to a solo cello wav and it works. However, I want to record that file either in Sonar or as another wav, but the typical ways of record an soft synth (picking a track-arming it to the outputs of the soft synth track-recording, or selecting export audio, or doing bounce track) don't seem to work for this plug in..... it works fine in "real time" but I can't get it to record anywhere. Unfortunately, it does not come with a manual. The web site says (for the past 6 months!!) that it will be out soon. Anyone know, or can take a guess, about how to do this??
