    Merry Christmas all

I have an issue with my quadraverb gt.

There seems to be a problem with the R output. If i plug cables into both outs only the Left one will work (the right is very muffled). The left works by itself , the right works by itself until i plug a jack into the left side.

I'm using a mono in, stereo out to mixer.

    Any ideas?

I'm sure you have this but I think that on that unit you HAVE to use the Left Input if you're sending it a mono in. Are you going into the right input by any chance?
If you know the secret codes you can get by the mastering boss on level 8.

What kind of cables are you using?
If there's any kind of twin TS to TRS arrangement or anything like that, do away with it for now and use straight TRS to TRS cables if it's balanced, or TS to TS if it's not.

Using 1/4 to 1/4 mono unbalanced cables

Alesis reverb muddy sound or low output

I was having a similar issue with my microverb. Turned out that I had a cracked solder joint where the jack attaches to the pc board. Simple fix with a low wattage (22-30 watt) soldering iron and some eutectic solder (fine guage).
