Does anyone know how to retrieve the user banks 2 and 3?My Q2 lost its user banks.Any info would be great!

I would hazard a guess that if you contact Alesis, you will get a succinct answer.
I use the Yam DX-7 and if I ever have to have the battery changed, I'd lose the presets; however, I have the ROM carts to put them back into the unit.
Not sure about how your Alesis is set up. But, Alesis will give you the skinny for sure.
